Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Logistics Manager supporting a high-priority acquisition mission within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC).
The Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC) is a one-of-a-kind Air Force activity operating from Lackland AFB which provides life cycle management for IA and other critical systems. The division’s primary mission is cyberspace support. AFLCMC/HNC is responsible for technology development, acquisition, sustainment, and demilitarization of cybersecurity systems or products that provide mission assurance by ensuring warfighter access to the information systems and its products, while denying adversaries access to the same. The division also provides product support to other critical Air Force, DoD, and national force protection and intelligence systems required by the nation to mobilize, deploy, support, and sustain operations.
This is a full-time position located at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations to meet mission and program objectives
- Assist with identifying resource requirements (manpower, material, funding, facilities, services) and aligning them with program plans
- Apply basic understanding of the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning
- Help prepare and maintain logistics documentation such as PS-BCA, LCSP, and LHA
- Provide support in the management of government-furnished equipment (GFE) and property accountability
- Participate in project teams and collaborate with functional specialists to track logistics tasks and schedules
- Use Microsoft Office tools to develop and manage reports, schedules, and presentations

Education: BA/BS with 4 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed or
- 8 years of directly related experience
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and Project
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and logistics documentation (DoD 5000 series, PS-BCA, LCSP)
- Understanding of GFE tracking and inventory control
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction and work independently on assigned tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
