Verizon Sales Trainee Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored solutions to Verizon customers based on their specific needs and service issues by answering questions and assisting with contract negotiation, closing sales, and customized packages.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions through company meetings, webinars, and detailed review of flyers/email updates.
- Open new customer accounts and accurately input client information in a timely manner.
- Refer concerns, problems, and questions to upper-level management as needed.
- Maintain high-quality service aligned with client policies and guidelines by maintaining a positive attitude and responding to customers calmly.
