We provide our Wireless Account Trainees with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to help our client introduce new innovations while achieving sales, outreach, and customer service objectives.
Wireless Account Trainee Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and customer service by engaging with local consumers
- Leverage client-provided materials, devices, and resources to deliver accurate and knowledgeable service
- Present client products, promotions, and services to offer practical solutions for customers' telecommunications needs
- Collaborate with Communications, Sales, and Management teams in meetings to align with client expectations, sales processes, market testing, and business practices
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to effectively address customer inquiries and negotiate optimal service solutions
- Track and achieve development goals by monitoring sales metrics, consumer outreach, and market trends, working closely with upper management
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communications
- Eager to learn and apply entry-level business training to serve the client effectively
- Able to develop knowledge of the telecommunications industry and stay updated on trends
- Strong communication skills, both with customers and team members in the office
- Excellent time management skills to meet sales, outreach, and advancement goals within established timelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,700.00 per week
