Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Associate degree in a related business field and 4 years of work experiences in a similar role, or High School Diploma and 6 years of experience in a similar role required. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 2 years of work experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge and compliance of various operation support functions and applicable rules, regulations and statutory requirements of credit union compliance (Deceased, Trust, IRAs, Dormant and Escheated Accounts)
- Accredited IRA/Trust Account Certification is preferred
- Ability to effectively supervise, train, coach and develop department staff required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
What You’ll Do
- Ensures that all New Accounts, Business Accounts, Deceased Accounts, Trust Accounts, IRAs, Levies, Dormant Shares and Escheatment of Accounts processing are completed accurately and timely.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable deposit account regulations.
- Develops, applies and evaluates policies, processes and procedures for the department.
- Manage a moderate to high volume of incoming customer and employee support calls on a daily basis.
- Manage the department workload by developing and using statistics and trend reports.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the credit unions products and services.
- Collaborate with department and other departments to provide effective and efficient service to members.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of member, employee and Credit Union information.
- Understand and comply with applicable Federal and State laws, banking regulations and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $79,000-106,000/year
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore. The salary will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
