Your Purpose
You will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the credit unions relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs and providing a high-quality service experience.
What You'll Do
- Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Educate and cross-sell members on the credit unions product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
- Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit unions products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Unions policies and procedures and current promotions.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
Salary Range : $20.00 - 26.36 / Hour
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer.
