Your Purpose
You will be responsible for performing audits on all loan products and processes to determine accuracy, completeness and retention of documents, aligned with credit union policy, state and federal regulatory requirements and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
What You’ll Do
To succeed in this position, you must be able to satisfactorily perform common occurrences of each of the following under direct supervision from your manager:
- Performs a high volume of quality control testing on, but not limited to, the review of data and documentation timeliness, accuracy and completion of processes at loan level, pricing decisions, loan origination system records; correct identified variances and report findings to management.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members. Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $23.66 - $31.18
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
