Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Member Loan Consultant Representative.
Your purpose
You will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to existing members in order to cross-sell deposit and loan products and services and promote the credit union as their lifelong financial partner.
What You'll Do
- Initiate, on a daily basis, a large volume of outbound phone calls to existing members to follow up on referrals and cross-selling opportunities from other departments, branches and electronic channels.
- Actively listen to and respond to member needs while having a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Educate and cross-sell members on the company’s deposit, consumer and mortgage loan and debit and credit card product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
- Collaborate with co-workers in your department and in other departments and branches to provide effective and efficient service to our members.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- High School Diploma/ GED required.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Salary Range: $20.34 - $27.08
OE Federal Credit Union offers competitive compensation. The offered salary considers experience, education, training, internal peer equity, job location and other business considerations when extending an offer. The salary outlined is based on working in Livermore, California. The salary range will adjust to the applicant's work location. In addition to competitive salaries:
