Executive Assistant to the CFO
In this role you will work with and report to the CFO. You will be a critical part of the team helping with all items that the CFO handles. You will learn a lot of different skill sets and how to run a company from Admin tasks, accounting tasks, how to rally teams, scheduling, meeting agenda creation and tracking and so much more. This role is great for someone that likes variety in their work but also task driven. If you love checking off items from your “to do list”, you will get along great with our CFO!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and other communications.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Scheduling Appointments.
- Processing invoices for payment
- Collecting payments
- Run Payroll weekly
- Ability to understand accounting best practices
- Create and maintain meeting agenda's
- Assist with price checks for preparing quotes, proposals, and customer outreach
- Review resumes and complete onboarding tasks
- Learn and Assist on developing more efficient business practices
- Review and Revise the CFO’s work
- Update Facebook and other social media outlets
- Create creative as needed with Canva for postings and collateral as needed
- Research different products, ideas and strategies as they relate to projects and helping team members succeed
- Maintain calendar for submission deadlines with team members
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Keep company compliant with Workers Comp Audits, Licensing, Trainings, ect.
- Be a team member helping with project management and transitions from prospect to job.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Excellent editing and writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Especially Sharepoint, Word and Excel)
- Must be detail oriented, have multitasking abilities, handle tight, time-sensitive deadlines

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary : $48,000 - $65,000
