What we’re looking for…
- Junior, senior or graduate student pursuing a degree in supply chain management, international business or similar.
- Advanced MS Excel, communication, attention to detail and analytical skills.
About the Position
Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
- Coordinate with Account Executives to generate new leads/quotations and improve/optimize their sales process.
- Develop presentations for Account Executives to present to potential customers.
- Create, maintain, and update information into databases.
- Support the organization and maintenance of relationships throughout OEC Group’s portfolio.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
- Enter and manage information related to potential leads and current customers in the CRM system.
- Assist with Campaign data entry and provide reports to monitor campaign performance.
- Help to maintain data among systems.
- Perform Data entry and coordinate with other departments to troubleshoot EDI-related issues.
- Review and analyze Trading data to identify potential opportunities and coordinate finding with the Account Executives.
Work Schedule (flexible based on school schedule)
New York office: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
- Ideally will be able to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (4 hours per day)
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Salary
$19 per hour
