Job Summary
We have been servicing the office and janitorial supply needs in the Mobile, AL area for over 50 years. We are looking for a full-time or part-time shipping and receiving clerk who can multi-task and has fair computer skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup
- Perform data entry to update inventory records in the system
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Organize stocks and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Load and unload trucks as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a shipping and receiving role
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and best practices
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
