We have contract positions available in Anchorage and Fairbanks, Alaska.   Job Summary/Objective As a subject matter expert for assigned repair facilities, represents our OEM partners to ensure their network of certified collision centers continue to meet the ever-changing requirements to complete a safe and proper repair.  Delivers and sells consulting and training to continue to build value with our client collision centers.    Key Responsibilities & Duties              OEM Certification Audits: Performs detailed evaluation of collision centers’ capabilities to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition per OEM requirements. Identifies collision center process gaps from estimating through completion of repairs. Evaluates in-process and completed repairs to determine repairs follow OEM guidelines. Collision Consulting: Implements Repair Planning Systems tailored to client’s operations and unique requirements. Understands key financial drivers and supports changes that improve collision center profitability and performance. Draws on experience to implement change. OEM Training: Identifies gaps in OEM repair manual utilization and delivers onsite OEM repair training to ensure compliance with OEM standards. Other: Responds to repair facility queries in a timely and accurate way Documents and submits visit reports, facility inspections, training/coaching sessions and additional points of contact (phone, email, any future communication channels) within OEC software Schedules and maintains accurate calendar for visits, facility inspections, and training/coaching sessions Participates in weekly and/or monthly conference calls among coaches Maintains defined standard of continuing education annually to stay abreast of industry and coaching best practices     Education An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related discipline.  In the absence of a degree, directly-related job experience in strategic account management, where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.    Experience, Skills and Key Competencies In addition to the education outlined above, the following table defines the progressive requirements at each level within the Collision Field Coach job family: Job Tit Title Experience, Skills and Competencies Collision Consultant Minimum 3 years of experience either as a collision repair tech and/or insurance estimator or adjuster ASE, I-CAR and/or other industry certifications preferred (Pro-Level 3) Working knowledge of estimating systems; able to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to understand workflows and navigate and submit reports using an iPad Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Displays a professional attitude and customer centric behaviors (such as empathy, humility and active listening skills)    Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-oriented environment with a high attention to detail and quality multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-oriented environment with a high attention to detail and quality   Special Position Requirements ·       Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license. ·       Requires frequent/daily travel to assigned repair facilities (up to 80% of time).
