As an Office Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that both staff performance and financial operations run seamlessly. This role focuses on managing productivity, supporting staffing efficiency, and working closely with the Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to maintain accurate financial records, oversee collections, and contribute to sound financial decision-making.
Core Responsibilities :
- Lead and monitor staff (10-15 employees) to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
- Oversee daily financial operations, including assisting with invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate books using Intuit QuickBooks
- Support HR functions for direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and managing disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to analyze financial data and support sound, strategic financial decisions
- Take ownership of collections, working directly with customers to resolve overdue invoices
- Hold staff accountable for meeting performance expectations and completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Act as a liaison between staff and leadership, communicating updates, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns effectively
- Collaborate with operations coordinators and leadership to review and adjust daily schedules, ensuring staffing levels, priorities, and resources align with company goals and operational needs. Regularly assess productivity and workflow to implement improvements
