Occupational Therapist (OT) - Extended Leave Coverage

Orchard Farm School District is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assist with an extended leave at Orchard Farm Elementary School. 

The Occupational Therapyist will provide quality school-based occupation therapy services, which include but are not limited to assessment/evaluation, intervention/treatment, IEP planning and implementation, discharge planning, related documentation, and communication between teachers, teacher assistants, related service providers, and families.

Interested applicants must be available to cover the following school days: 

• Approximately January 6 - April 22
