Customer service: Ensure a great customer experience, resolve customer issues, and provide service training
Sales: Promote sales, meet sales objectives, and manage discounts and refunds
Inventory: Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, price changes, and damaged merchandise
Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing the store, stocking shelves, and receiving shipments
Loss prevention: Protect company assets and adhere to loss prevention policies
Training: Provide leadership and training to staff, and ensure new hires understand their roles
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Payroll: Manage payroll, including scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll budget compliance
Qualifications
Knowledge of footwear, accessories, and shoe care
Understanding of store presentation standards
Strong visual merchandising skills
