Job Overview:
Our Marketing Content Creator will work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to support the development of the company’s B2B marketing and digital media strategy. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible enough to adapt to shifts in priorities and deadlines.
Applicants must be adept at utilizing various platforms to produce high-quality work, have a detailed approach to daily tasks, and work well with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and will have the opportunity to work with an energetic, collaborative team that is open to new ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns; segregate email lists based on audience criteria; analyze performance metrics.
- Assist in crafting engaging and relevant content for email and digital ads campaigns, including ideation, writing copy, creating and editing video content, and selecting visual platforms to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across channels.
- Review CRM lists, cleanse data, create automation, and liaise with Sales and Operations teams to fully leverage HubSpot's capabilities.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns; provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Optimize web content, conduct keyword research, implement and follow through with SEO strategies, and stay current on search engine algorithms and industry trends.
- Strategize, implement, and test digital and social ads and paid search.
- Conduct monthly reviews of competitors’ digital advertising and industry trends.
- Incorporate customer advocacy (testimonials, success stories, solutions in action video) into digital marketing.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms.
- Assist with any other marketing duties as requested by management.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in a marketing role; preference for experience in B2B.
- 1-3 years experience with HubSpot preferred.
- 1-3 years experience with email and digital campaigns.
- Must have analytical skills, SEO knowledge, and experience with content creation.
- Have up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Possess solid organizational skills and have a results-oriented, collaborative work style.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
