Position Overview:
We are hiring a Sales Executive to spearhead new business development in a high-value sales environment. With an On Target Earnings (OTE) range of $100,000 - $140,000 (including a base salary), you will be responsible for closing a consistent pipeline of premium camper van sales—targeting at least three new deals per month. Our ideal candidate has a background in complex B2B, real estate, or high-end capital equipment sales, excels at strategic account management, and thrives on building deep client relationships in a premium market segment.
This role also requires a medium to high level of mechanical and technical aptitude to confidently explain complex features and collaborate with our production team on custom configurations.

Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Pipeline Management
- Manage and nurture inbound leads generated by our marketing funnel, guiding prospective buyers through each stage of the customer journey.
- Demonstrate strong situational awareness—knowing when to advance a sale assertively and when to take a more consultative, patient approach.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine messaging, optimize lead quality, and strengthen the overall sales proposition.
- Generate, track, and interpret performance data to develop strategic insights that drive increased sales conversion and team efficiency.
2. Consultative Sales Process
- Lead engaging conversations and product demonstrations (both virtual and in-person) to outline the technical and lifestyle benefits of our high-end camper vans.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products’ engineering, customization options, and off-road capabilities to effectively differentiate our premium offering.
3. Deal Management & Closing
- Meet or exceed 12 closed deals per year by creating customized solutions and addressing client needs across all decision-making levels.
- Manage a complex sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract negotiation, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
4. Strategic Account Growth
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and key partners, seeking upsell and referral opportunities for additional builds or fleet expansions.
- Track all client interactions in CRM software (HubSpot preferred), ensuring clear documentation of deal progress and forecasting.
5. Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
- Represent Off Highway Van at industry events, expos, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and outdoor/adventure industry developments to inform product strategies and refine the sales approach.
Qualifications:
- Medium to high level of mechanical and technical aptitude, enabling clear communication of product features and technical capabilities to prospective clients.
- 5 years of successful sales experience in a high-value B2B sales, real estate sales, or technical capital equipment environment (e.g., heavy machinery, industrial equipment, aerospace, commercial vehicles), or relevant premium/high-ticket B2C markets.
- Proven success in closing six-figure (or higher) deals with long or consultative sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen, with the ability to articulate ROI and justify premium pricing.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—tailored to both executive-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with adventure, camping, or off-road lifestyle is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) to manage leads, forecast sales, and capture key market insights.
- High level of self-motivation, adaptability, and comfort working in a rapidly evolving, growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally for tradeshows, networking events, and on-site client visits.
