Lead Distribution Specialist

Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to the sales team. Through the daily management of the GSM/GM, this position will monitor and review all lead buckets and assign leads throughout the day.  

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
• Review and call all appointments when necessary.
• Update Daily Appointment Report to Confirm, Cancel, reschedule appointments or leave a message.
• Call prior day prospects who visited the store but did not purchase, Re-engage customer to get them back in, and then solicit feedback on visit.
• Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
• Provides statistical and performance feedback to sales managers
• Log all credit apps into the log. 
• Search customer using phone numbers and or email address.
•  Follow same procedure to check if customer is assigned or has recent contact with a sale associate.
•  Use the TOUCHES tab to confirm recent contact.
• Assign each Team 1 member a customer credit app. 
• Assign credit app leads evenly throughout the day between the remaining 3 teams until everyone has the same.
• Unless a credit app is already assigned to a customer, assign new leads from top to bottom or vice versa from the schedule and alternate day to day.
• After the opening team credit apps are assigned and a Team 2-4 salesperson is at work early, assign the credit app to them first then go back to an in order process.
• Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement.
• Ensure all communications are in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
• Assists the manager with analyses and implementation, assist sales associates with Dealer Socket, CDK and Route One.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the call center or retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills; organization, planning, and prioritization skills
• Social Perceptiveness – Being aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
• High attention to detail
• A valid Florida driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record in the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
