Job Overview – Indoor Dog Park Attendant (Pack Leader)
OFF-LEASH, Logan's premier indoor dog park, daycare, and spa, is looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable dog lovers to join our growing team! As a Dog Park Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, clean, and fun environment for our canine guests and their humans. You'll monitor dog interactions, maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, and provide top-notch customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise playgroups and ensure safe dog behavior and interactions
- Clean and sanitize play areas, equipment, and common spaces
- Greet pet parents and assist with check-ins, memberships, and general questions
- Support enrichment activities and assist with basic care tasks (feeding, watering, etc.)
- Monitor dog health and behavior, reporting anything unusual
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor, even in a high-energy environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Love and understanding of dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Experience in dog care, pet services, or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to be on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle all kinds of weather (for any quick outdoor breaks)
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to get a little messy and have a lot of fun!

Working Interview:
All qualified candidates will be asked to participate in a working interview to ensure the right fit for the role and the pack. During this session, you will:
- Shadow current staff during real-time operations
- Interact with dogs and observe playgroup management
- Perform basic cleaning and support tasks
- Demonstrate your comfort level with dogs of various sizes and temperaments
- Show your communication style and teamwork in action
- Get a feel for our culture, expectations, and energy before committing
