Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers during check-in.
- Assign rental vehicles accurately and resolve any conflicts.
- Confirm safety protocols and ensure all waivers are signed.
- Provide information about rental procedures and off-road guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized check-in area.
- Promote and sell merchandise.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
