What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading groups of up to 65 guests through scenic and challenging off-road trails.
- Providing engaging commentary on local history, wildlife, and terrain.
- Public speaking to large groups—keeping them engaged, entertained, and safe.
- Assisting guests with safety gear and vehicle protocols before every tour.
- Driving and maneuvering off-road vehicles over unpredictable terrain.
- Managing unexpected challenges—weather shifts, vehicle troubleshooting, guest concerns.
- Conflict resolution and ensuring guests follow safety rules.
- Performing basic visual vehicle maintenance checks before and after tours.
- Delivering a 5-star customer experience that keeps guests coming back.

What You’ll Need:
✔ Off-road driving experience (preferred, but we train the right candidates!)
✔ Ability to work in all weather conditions – heat, cold, rain, mud, dust.
✔ Comfortable with public speaking to groups of 65 people.
✔ Conflict management skills – handling guest concerns professionally.
✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work.
✔ Ability to work weekends & holidays (our busiest times).
