Job Description: Customer Service/Sales Representative 4WD Customization and Repair
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products or services
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and promotions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales in automotive aftermarket
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
