- MUST have 2 years of Dispensary management experience
- MINIMUM 1 year of metrc experience
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Assist with stocking, going over inventory
- Keep track of inventory
- Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
- Participate in periodic staff cleanings and meetings
- Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
- Ensure each customer receives your full attention during their transaction
- Ensure you are on time for each and every shift
- Be knowledgeable about everything and anything cannabis related Responsibilities:
- Ensure you are on time for each and every shift
- Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry
- Processing customers' payments correctly and ensuring you are using proper money handling skills and using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keeping the storefront clean and tidy.
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
- Labeling products correctly.
- Verifying customers are of age and
- Making sure the floor is adequately stocked
- Communicate with management if any issues were to arise.
- Answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in sales
- Knowledge and/or experience in cannabis law
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
