Operations Lead

• MUST have 2 years of Dispensary management experience
• MINIMUM 1 year of metrc experience
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
• Assist with stocking, going over inventory
• Keep track of inventory

• Ensure opening and closing cleaning and organization is completed
• Participate in periodic staff cleanings and meetings
• Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
• Ensure each customer receives your full attention during their transaction
• Ensure you are on time for each and every shift
• Be knowledgeable about everything and anything cannabis related Responsibilities:
• Ensure you are on time for each and every shift

• Ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart

• Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis industry
• Processing customers' payments correctly and ensuring you are using proper money handling skills and using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Keeping the storefront clean and tidy.
• Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
• Labeling products correctly.
• Verifying customers are of age and
• Making sure the floor is adequately stocked
• Communicate with management if any issues were to arise.
• Answer customers’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven experience in sales
• Knowledge and/or experience in cannabis law
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
