Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to uphold company standards.
- Support the General Manager in achieving financial goals, including sales growth and cost control.
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience through exceptional hospitality and problem resolution.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team performance to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members to foster a strong workplace culture.
- Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in menu execution.
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relations to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Drive community engagement and brand presence through local outreach and guest relations.
