Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Will be required to call regularly in order to build and maintain relationships with our VIP customers understand their ongoing needs, ensuring Toner Buzz remains their preferred supplier.
- Satisfaction Management: Proactively address and resolve any customer concerns or issues, aiming for swift and positive resolutions that build trust and satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Serve as a liaison between customers and our internal teams, sharing insights and feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborative Sales Support: Work alongside the sales team to gently introduce customers to new or additional products that meet their evolving needs, always prioritizing the customer's perspective and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, with a strong focus on building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers positively and effectively.
