We’re looking for a reliable person to help with mail, printing, and keeping our office running smoothly. If you’re organized, helpful, and enjoy working with people, this job could be a great fit for you!

$22.50 per hour | Monday to Friday | On-site

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Help print legal documents for our team.
  • Greet clients and visitors, and help with anything they need.
  • Keep snacks, drinks, and office supplies stocked.
  • Set up meals for office meetings and events.
  • Wipe down tables and counters between meals and keep the coffee machines ready to use.
  • Check email and do basic work in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

What You Need:

  • Knowledge of mail and shipping basics.
  • Good with customers and willing to help wherever needed.
  • Basic computer skills, especially with email and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to assist with food prep and keep things clean and tidy.
