Overview
Looking for a highly skilled and proven Senior Designer to become an integral member of our in-house creative studio. This person should be creative and innovative in concepting and executing print/web/digital marketing materials. This includes direct mail/catalogs, case studies, articles, white papers, email templates, animated GIFs, paid and organic social media posts, carousels, programmatic banners, infographics, video and more.
Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment. They should be open to direction/ideas/learning, but also be able to operate independently. Excellent creative and communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) are a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Concept creative campaign and advertisements that work across all platforms (Print and Digital).
· Build sales collateral: Case studies, white papers, product briefs, infographics.
· Build concept boards, sketches, and photo plans.
· Partner closely with Copywriters, Production, Pre media and Marketing to develop concepts that align to company objectives.
· Drive innovation with creative execution and storytelling across all print and digital mediums including social, email, display and site experience.
· Edit existing video footage for OLV, CTV and social applications.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelors degree in Fine Art, or equivalent Visual Interaction Design, or Graphic Design or equivalent design-related field
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in related field
· Basic computer skills and the ability to use computers and technology for information, and to access information necessary to complete the job.
- Experience with print, digital, & video media
- Exceptional creativity and innovation (design principles, color theory, typography hierarchy, ideation & branding)

Preferred Experience:
· Expert knowledge of color and image enhancement techniques.
· Possess an expert understanding of print & digital design (and production).
· Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, . Premier Pro, After Effects, Acrobat, and more
· Experience with Html/CSS and interactive design.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, working with teams.
· A self-starter who knows what needs to be done and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline.
· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.
