The Production Assistant is responsible for operating automated and non-automated bindery equipment to support digital printing services. This role involves Large Format Printing/Finishing operations, materials handling, and shipping to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers.
This position promotes customer satisfaction through effective production, workflow management, and quality control procedures. The Production Assistant executes required order workflow management scans to ensure capture of order completion, quality control, and productivity data.

High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience. Must possess ability to effectively work as a team member in a professional work environment, demonstrate sound judgment, plan, prioritize, and implement detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner. Must have ability to listen actively, analyze customer and employee needs through effective communication and listening skills, learn new information and processes within company guidelines, and effectively multi-task and utilize time management.
