Job Description
The Shift Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily Regional Production Center digital print activities by allocating labor, equipment, and materials resources effectively.
- Serves as a liaison between production staff, field-based personnel, client services, and vendor support associates.
- Promotes targeted levels of customer satisfaction through supervision and direction to production operation specialists, assistants, and their activities.
- Provides operational support to the Production Facility Manager and field-based CPD Management & Sales Teams.
This role requires planning, prioritizing, and implementing instructions in a timely manner through direct reports and other employees.
