The Shift Operations Lead (CPD) is a pivotal role within the Regional Production Center, overseeing the daily digital print activities. This position involves allocating labor, equipment, and materials resources effectively to ensure seamless operations.
The Shift Operations Lead engages with various teams, including client services staff, pre-production and digital production teams, and supervises production operation specialists, assistants, and their activities. This role promotes customer satisfaction and provides operational support to the Production Facility Manager and field-based CPD Management & Sales Teams.
The CPD Production Lead acts as a liaison between Production Facility Manager, Client Services, production/service staff, field-based personnel, and vendor support associates. This position oversees the execution of targeted quality standards, on-time performance standards, labor productivity, facility 5S organizational standards, and adherence to order control standards.
Responsibilities include performing duties assigned by the RPC Production Facility Manager, demonstrating sound judgment, leading and managing in a professional work environment, planning, prioritizing, and implementing detailed instructions, analyzing customer and employee needs through effective communication and listening skills, and utilizing time management skills to effectively multi-task.
