Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coworking community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of member satisfaction while ensuring the office suite is well-managed and compliant with all regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a thorough understanding of office management practices.

- Proficiency in office software applications; experience with Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Operations include front-desk reception, mail management, event coordination, and property management.
- Develop and execute programs to engage members and foster community, including identifying social media content opportunities.
- Utilize Yardi and Hubspot for property management tasks, maintaining accurate records and data entry.
- Address member inquiries and conflicts, fostering a collaborative community atmosphere.
- Provide site tours for walk-in inquiries when needed and coordinate with sales teams to enhance community engagement and occupancy rates.
- Handle new member orientation and move-ins as well as terminations and move outs.
- Manage accounts receivable and verify accounts payable accuracy.
- Ensure café and community spaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
