Office H2O is seeking an Outside B2B Account Executive for our South Bend market

B2B Account Executive:

Our Account Executives will help us build a strong customer base and close new business by effectively promoting and securing free trials of our premium products to prospective customers in the South Bend market and surrounding areas.

Job Responsibilities:

· Local travel to potential prospects in our South Bend market and the surrounding areas.

· Actively present our company and premium products to new businesses.

· Physically cold call companies within your territory.

· Follow up on company provided and self-generated leads and referrals.

· Update CRM, complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Essential Requirements:

· Self-starter with solid prospecting skills “Hunter Role”.

· Personable, Energetic, Tenacious, and Commission-Driven.

· Activity Minded, Solid Planning, and Time Management Skills.

· Reliable transportation, Valid Driver’s License

· Outside B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.

· High School Diploma/GED required, College degree preferred

Comprehensive Compensation Package Includes:

· Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission and quarterly bonuses.

· Large local and protected territories.

Earnings Potential:

· Realistic first year earning potential of $100,000 - $120,000 (total comp).

· Unlimited income potential…no caps on commission or quarterly bonuses.

· Our Top 20% earn between $200,000 and $250,000 annually.
