Summary
As we scale, we're looking for a highly skilled and strategic FP&A Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend your financial expertise with product evolution and strategy, contributing to our growth and innovation as a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounts Receivable Management : Oversee invoicing, collections, and client account reconciliation.
- Cashflow Management : Monitor and forecast cash flows, ensuring the business meets its financial commitments.
- Strategic Finance : Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, financial planning, and strategy. Provide insights for decision-making and resource allocation.
- Product Collaboration : Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate financial insights into product development, pricing strategies, and operational improvements.
- Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Manage external audits and tax filings.

Pay Transparency Notice :
Full time offers from Office Hours also include target equity benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay range : $100,000 - $130,000, based on seniority and relevant experience
This is a hybrid role, in our San Francisco or New York City office 2-3 times per week.
