The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) is a national nonprofit dedicated to advancing women’s health through science, policy, and education. SWHR launched the Employee Perspectives and Challenges Concerning the Transition of Menopause (EMPACT Menopause) Study to collect valuable insights about the workplace experiences of women during menopause, as well as their coworkers and employers. Data from the study will inform resources and activities to support menopause wellness for all women.
About the position
SWHR is seeking an independent contractor to conduct additional data analysis and presentation of results from the EMPACT Menopause Study survey.
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Menopause Research Study Data Analysis (Independent Contractor). On this project, contractor will:
- Perform data cleaning and preparation (as needed)
- Determine and conduct appropriate statistical tests to identify novel trends and address key research questions from the data (e.g., regression analysis)
- Create visualizations to summarize and illustrate results of data analysis
- Write a report to articulate survey outcomes and data analysis methodology
TIMELINE (tentative and subject to change):
- RFP Response Deadline: February 21, 2025
- Candidate Interviews: February 24 – March 7, 2025
- Contractor Selection: March 10, 2025 • Earliest Project Start Date: March 11, 2025
- Project Completion: June 15, 2025
