May also assist co-supervisor with screening services. Performs related work as required. Mandatory overtime may be required for this position. Applicants must possess a valid WV driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Applicants also must have strong communication skills, a knowledge of policy, law, and procedures regarding all programs and services. Overtime hours and frequent travel may be required. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Supervise daily work of subordinate staff, train subordinate staff on applicable policies and procedures.Develop and implement services and support programs within regulatory and statutory guidelines. Communicate and consult with allied agencies and organizations. Prepare necessary reports and records to reflect the operational status of the program. Evaluate effectiveness of assigned programs and services. Provide front line administrative support for the subordinate staff including timecard auditing, create on-call schedules, create employee performance evaluations and other duties as needed.
