Under direct supervision, performs entry level work in the preparation and/or service of food to residents, employees or customers. Has little latitude to vary work methods and procedures. May assist cooks in preparation of food. Wash and clean dishes, pans and equipment used in preparation of food. Clean the dining room thoroughly including floors, table, etc. Assemble and deliver trays for residents, stock shelves and assist in inventory and disposal of trash. Performs other duties as required.Applicants selected for employment must successfully complete a chemical urinalysis and breath analysis drug screening test. All employees shall be subject to drug testing for probable cause as set forth in agency and bureau policies. Applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check. Mandatory overtime is an essential function of this position. This facility is a tobacco free facility; however, you may be exposed to secondhand smoke as some residents who reside here are exempt.This position is eligible for an Appointment Incentive of $5,000.00 to the selected candidate who agrees to work for the agency for a minimum period of twelve (12) months.Position Numbers: 0512P00994, 0512P00958
