Under general direction, this position performs complex administrative and professional work at the advanced level to manage, plan, organize, and evaluate Child Welfare/Adult Services training for the WV DoHS/Bureau for Social Services, statewide. Responsibilities include: providing administrative and program direction for child welfare/adults services training staff; develop, plan, implement, and evaluate training projects statewide; manage curriculum development and changes; supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate staff; develop and coordinate collaborative efforts among health and human service agencies, advocacy groups, institutions, and grantee service providers for child welfare/adult services training; perform program development disciplinary matters, performance improvement, and other related actions for child welfare/adult services; other duties as assigned.
