COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT: This position is in a collective bargaining unit.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), Returns Processing Administration (RPA). The incumbent is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations and conducts complex management projects and assignments related to planning, analyzing, reviewing, and executing OCFO programs and activities within RPA. Duties include but are not limited to: overseeing lockbox processing; analyzing systems and procedures impacting tax document processing; preparing reports, presentations, and white papers with findings and recommendations; developing workflow charts, staffing plans, procedural manuals, and directives to support operational improvements; handling procurement tasks, including vendor bids, contracts, invoices, and payment tracking; and managing duties such as onboarding/offboarding, travel requests, payroll adjustments, supply inventory, and security requests under the direction of the Director or Deputy Director. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Four (4) years of progressive experience in operational and administrative support, process improvement, project management, utilizing tax systems or similar financial systems to process financial transactions (e.g., tracking vendor payments) and analyzing and evaluating administrative and/or reporting systems to include developing reports and explaining findings. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience that provides the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for this position.COVID-19 VACCINATION:

Salary : $92,656 - $118,558
