Part time scheduling assistance wanted in office at warehouse.
Days of Work: Monday - Friday
Shift Time: 12pm -4pm
Help keep the office and schedule organized. Fast-paced environment with lots of people interaction in-person, and via phone and email. Keep the computer system updated with schedule changes and job completions.
Requirements:
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be good with computers, people and communication
Must problem solve quickly and not be frustrated with constant changes to the schedule
Must be able to access the office via stairs (no elevator available)
Duties include:
Assisting with answering phones
Assisting with confirming schedules with clients via email, phone and in computer system
Updating clients and project teams on scheduling changes via email
Completing projects in computer system
Answering phones
Tracking and filing project folders
Other office support
This position is in-person only.
Location: Sand Island
Parking available.
