Marketing Assistant (Entry Level/Commute Required)

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with team members across different functions, including content creation, social media management, and market analysis, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company’s goals. Additionally, this role involves analyzing market trends, assisting in campaign development, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations. By acting as a bridge between creative concepts and execution, the Marketing Associate contributes significantly to the brand's success and visibility in a competitive landscape.

Marketing Duties

• Create engaging presentations for live retail platforms
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate marketing events, including trade shows and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights.
• Maintain and update the marketing database and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials.
• Help manage the marketing budget and track expenditures.
• Assist in drafting presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market positioning.
• Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and deadlines.
• Foster relationships with vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts.

Credentials Needed

• 0-3 years of experience in a marketing role or internship.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Creative mindset with the ability to solve problems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
