Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Legal and Compliance to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HCIT compliance and security, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of compliance programs across the organization
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters, including contract review and negotiation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with new products and services
• Manage relationships with external counsel and vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution of legal issues

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in compliance or related field, preferably in healthcare IT
• Strong knowledge of HCIT compliance and security requirements and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
