Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in facilities maintenance as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and operate logic controllers.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and the use of an ohmmeter for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including residential painting and supervising cleaning teams.
- Leadership skills to guide junior staff or new hires in best practices for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance schedules and inventory management.
