We are looking for Cleaning Technicians to work at the StarPlus Energy Battery Plant in Kokomo.

Job Duties
- Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
- Sweep and mop all hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
- Dust and sanitize work surfaces, furniture, high touch areas, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
- Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
- Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
- Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
- Work effectively with other team members.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners and scrubbers
- Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
- Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Maintain positivity and flexibility in changing work environments.
- Must be committed to quality and superior customer service
- Efficient and detail oriented.
- Must be reliable.
- Able to lift 35 lbs.
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must have and be able to use effectively a smartphone (stipend included to offset some mobile data costs)
- Must be able to pass a 7-screen drug test
- Must have valid driver's license AND own personal transportation.
Compensation: Starting at $14.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
