Office Pride of Elizabethtown is hiring for a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor. Needing someone with a flexible schedule. Can multitask, organized, time management, can communicate, and be responsible. Will be assigned certain facilities to oversee and employees. Schedule may vary at times due to job duties. MUST have own vehicle and cell phone.

A supervisor manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to insure the job is done to Office Pride Standards. Supervisors act as motivators, and mentors. It’s a supervisor’s duty to guide cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company. Tremendous opportunity for growth!
JOB DUTIES :
- Oversee the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a regular basis.
- Train and support new employees.
- Insures new employees are trained on how to alarm and disarm the building.
- Train new employees on how to use the time keeping system.
- Coach employees when necessary.
- Cross-train employees to provide coverage when needed.
- Insure facilities have working equipment and supplies.
- Insures compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures.
- Insures uniform is worn by Office Pride employees.
- Insures safety and security measures are enforced at all times.
- Immediately report any situation that may be considered a safety issue, to manager.
- Follow-up on customer complaints.
- Perform other duties / tasks as assigned.
