We are looking for an Onsite Supervisor for the Kokomo Area
- Positions are available for either the 6am - 6pm team or the 6pm to 6am team
- We expect teams will work in a rotation of 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off to balance weekends among the supervisor teams
- Salary range is $40k - $42k depending on experience, eligible for bonuses
A supervisor manages and performs all cleaning functions. They oversee projects, various tasks, and help guide the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride and our client’s standards. Supervisors act as mentors. It’s a supervisor's duty to guide cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company. Opportunity for growth, and veterans are welcomed.
JOB DUTIES:

- Clean specified buildings on a daily basis until staffed.
- Oversee the cleaning of facilities assigned to you on a regular basis.
- Train and support new employees.
- Ensure new employees are trained on how to access the campus and navigate security
- Train new employees on how to use the time keeping system, and report any problems to the office.
- Provide re-training to employees when necessary and provide feedback nightly.
- Cross-train employees to work in buildings to provide coverage when needed.
- Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office.
- Ensure compliance of Office Pride and client’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure the appropriate attire is worn by Office Pride employees.
- Ensure safety and security measures are enforced at all times.
- Immediately report any situation that may be considered a safety issue.
- Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office).
- Perform other duties / tasks as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to communicate in English, speaking Spanish in addition is a plus
- Must be able to multitask, be dependable, have excellent communication skills and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes occur with little or no notice.
- Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients and employees.
- Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Must care about quality, be detail oriented and work at an efficient pace.
- Must be comfortable using basic technology
- Able to lift 35 lbs
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
- Must have and be able to use effectively a smartphone (stipend included to offset some mobile data costs)
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a 7 screen drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary : $40,000 - $42,000
