Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Company is actively recruiting for the position of Fill-In Commercial Cleaner. Duties are to clean job sites that are not being covered and to assist other cleaners with sites as needed. As a fill- in cleaner you would ensure we are consistently providing quality cleaning services to our valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Typical shift will be 4:30pm until midnight Can be later as business needs arise, with rotating weekends. (25-30 hours a week)
- Clean sites as scheduled.
- Perform quality control inspections at your sites.
- Train new, and existing, employees on proper cleaning techniques
- Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to.
- Check all supplies and equipment.
- Check work tickets.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- A desire to do well, independently with little to no direct supervision upon completion of training.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clear driving record.
- Undergo a thorough DMV check and uphold a clear driving history.
- Background check is mandatory, and a clear record is essential.
- Must have a smartphone.
- Candidates must be able to identify and address areas that require cleaning, including dust, dirt, and debris, to maintain our standards of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in conveying information clearly to groups of employees through verbal or other accessible communication methods.
- Fluent in spoken and written English to effectively relay information among the team, customers, and office staff.
- Candidates must be able to move between various locations efficiently, using means that ensure timely task completion.
