Frontline Cleaner

Job Duties

Each account we service has a specific set of cleaning tasks for Office Pride employees to complete per customer schedule.

Frontline cleaners are responsible for the following tasks:

- Sweep or vacuum and damp mop floors or run floor machine
- Dust surfaces throughout customer facility
- Clean restrooms
- Restock customer product supplies including soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
- Clean entryway door glass
- Remove trash and recycling from containers and place in designated dumpster
- Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders
- Work effectively with other team members
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
- Conduct all work in a way that aligns with Office Pride procedures. This includes safety, door lock, time and attendance and uniform policies.

Job Qualifications:

- Education and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
- Must have ability to work independently and as an effective team member
- Care about work quality
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must be able to work at an efficient pace
- Must be reliable
- Able to lift at least 35 pounds
- Physically able to on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching
