What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader position at Office Pride?
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service!
- Lead by example! Prove the value and importance of Zoup!isms in fostering our culture.
- Front of House(FOH) first! Keep the dining room and all guest service areas clean.
- Properly assign Team Member positions to optimize speed and service.
- Manage employee productivity. Assign side work and cleaning tasks when business slows down.
- Hold Team Members accountable for the policies in the Team Member & Manager Handbook.
- Help manage labor costs. When business is slow, find opportunities to send Team members home or on break.
- Maintain Zoup! uniform standards
- Complete Prep / Temp logs and cleaning lists
- Be Compulsive about cleanliness and Food Safety.
- Maintain stok levels of all packaging, plasticware and desserts.
- Prepare the next shift for success.
- Follow cash management and all cash procedures.
- Manage and maintain the quality of all products.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Create a positive work environment for every shift, every day.
- Work with the General manager, Assistant Manager and other Shift Leaders in the success of the restaurant.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma / Equivalent (Preferred)
Preferred Skills
Management Experience - 1 year (Preferred)
Food Service Experience - 3 years (Preferred)
