Position Title: Supervisor
Reports To: Director of Operations
Supervises: Team Leads and/or Frontline employees
Basic Function: Oversee cleaning teams, manage quality control, and ensure seamless operations
through training, restocking, and supporting cleaners.
Major Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure it meets
cleaners as necessary.
- Restocking Supplies: Manage inventory levels by ensuring all areas are consistently
needed.
- Final Walkthrough: Perform a final, comprehensive check of all work before signing off
- Team Training: Train new hires in cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company
- Fill-in Cleaning: Step in to cover cleaning tasks if a team member is absent, maintaining
- Issue Escalation: Identify and communicate challenges or client complaints to the

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role or similar (Preferred)
- 3-5 year professional janitorial experience (Required)
- 1 year(s) customer service experience (Required)
