Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with exceptional phone etiquette.
- Analyzing customer issues, identifying solutions, and implementing them effectively.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with other office duties as required to support overall operations.
- Check in freight and place inventory in the designated location.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in an office environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Being able to converse effectively with others, both in writing and verbally.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
